TCR UK 2026 CALENDAR

Established in 2017 by team principal Jeff Alden, Matrix Motorsport is a high-profile race team that competes at the sharp end of national saloon car racing. After making a strong impression with a four-car entry in the 2018 Renault UK Clio Cup, the team shifted focus to the Volkswagen Racing Cup, where it competed for three seasons and secured a runner-up finish in 2021.

In 2022, Matrix Motorsport stepped up to the Milltek Sport Civic Cup, earning multiple pole positions and top 10 finishes. That momentum carried into 2023 with a move to the growing TCR UK Championship, where the team continued to build its reputation. A full campaign in 2024 marked a new high point, with standout performances across the grid.

Crowned 2025 Gen 1 Cup Champion in the TCR UK Championship, the season marked a standout year of consistency, pace, and determination. Strong performances across the calendar, combined with technical development and teamwork, secured the title and underlined a competitive presence throughout the campaign. The championship triumph provides a proud milestone for the team and a strong foundation heading into 2026.

With renewed technical direction, strengthened partnerships, and a clear commitment to consistency, the team enters the new season determined to set the standard in the TCR UK Championship.
